Thursday: 4:00pm – 8:30 pm. Friday: 11:30am – 10:00pm Saturday: 11:30am – 10:00pm Sunday: 11:30am – 6:30pm

The City of Moncton and Riverfront Park will be host to RibFest, where you pay for the food and beverages you want. Each ribber has their own menu posted on a giant board in front of their mobile kitchen and smoker on wheels.

Top professional ribbers from the US and Canada will compete in a cook-off for trophies and bragging rights with the smell of delicious barbecue wafting through the air.

*Dogs and Bicycles will not be permitted on site.

Texas Rangers BBQ has been competing since 2006 and has won hundreds of awards. With our slow and low cooking process and our sauce that has a sweet heat flavour we’ve become a big contender. Everything’s bigger in Texas.

Camp 31

Camp 31 was founded in 1908 as a “Saw Mill” general store outside Brewton, Alabama. Camp 31 BBQ was established by Larry Murphy in 1985, and we’ve been serving up mouth-watering authentic southern BBQ ever since.

In 1986, the Brewton Police Dept. helped us enter our first BBQ cook off in Pensacola, Florida. There we won 3 first place trophies, and since, touring the U.S. and Canada has not stopped.

We are still one of the highest productive BBQ teams on the road today, cooking the best Southern Style Bar-B-Que around – Slow smoked over hickory logs ensuring the tenderest meat and the most flavourful rib experience.

Maree Haute
Marée Haute is a new energetic band consisting of Myriam Breau on vocals, Samuel LeBlanc on guitar, Emilie Bastarache on bass and Miguel Pitre on drums. Native from Kent County, New Brunswick, the group has entertained crowds at various events during the past two years. With their different genres ranging from country, rock, pop and Acadian music, these young musicians are sure to get people moving!

La formation Marée Haute est un groupe de jeunes musiciens qui vous divertiront avec différents styles de musique tels le country, l'acadien, le rock et le pop. Ils chantent en français et en anglais. Le groupe est constitué de Myriam Breau à la voix, Samuel LeBlanc à la guitare électrique, Emilie Bastarache à la basse et Miguel Pitre à la batterie. Ces jeunes originaires du comté de Kent ont joué à différents événements dans les deux dernières années tout en faisant bouger les foules.

The Pat Gillespie band is Moncton-based cover band made up of members from some of the Maritimes' most well-known cover bands - Pat Gillespie (Nine Mile River), Ricky Breau (Nine Mile River), Joel Chavarie (Mixtape, Zack Lane Band, Outliers), Maxime Forbes (Spoiled Rotten, Zack Lane Band) and Chris Melanson (Mojo, Glower, Jean Comeau). The boys pride themselves on being an act that delivers first-rate musicianship paired with top-notch vocals that adapt to the crowd they are performing to. Those attributes allow the band to perform hits from various genres from artists that are rarely heard on cover band stages such as Adele, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Christ Stapleton.

Their music will get people moving to the classic rock hits of the 70s, 80s and 90s. Bad Reputation formed 2 years ago in Riverview, NB and consists of Claudia Roy and Greg Daley on vocals. Tim Robichaud and Steve Stewart on guitars, Sam Magee on Bass with Duane LeBlanc on drums.
You will tap your toes, clap your hands and get on your feet once you see Bad Reputation perform.
Drawing from inspiration from legendary acts as Journey, AC/DC, and Joan Jett, Bad Reputation have earned a reputation for their electrifying performances and high energy music. Playing their 1st Ribfest Festival, you can expect this group to leave a lasting impression with those who witness BAD REPUTATION and have them wanting them back year after year!

Eddie Chase & Graffiti Four
Jive an bop with Atlantic Canada's most authentic 50's & 60's rock and roll band From Elvis to Roy Orbison hits; this quintet has layered harmonies, guitar riffs and all the golden notes of days gone by. For families and baby boomers alike, they have performed for The City of Moncton, Town of Riverview, Town of Quispamsis and Town of Dieppe municipal events and festivals, the highlight being a regular main stage act for The Atlantic Grand Nationals Car Show consecutive years. This classic era is recreated by recognized musicians who packed the original sock hops and continue to delight audiences today.
